This report is the result of investigative research undertaken to determine the current level of commercialisation of genetically engineered crops and foods and the degree of regulatory oversight over genetic technologies in Slovenia. Its purpose is to prevent Slovenia from becoming a dumping ground for this dangerous technology and its products, many of which have been rejected by the market in the EU.
